Why Maxxit exists
Most fitness apps assume you already know what you're doing. Pick your split, log your sets, stare at a graph that means nothing until month three. Maxxit started from the opposite assumption: that the hardest part isn't knowing what to do, it's sticking with it long enough to see that it's working.
The idea came from a simple, annoying problem. Spreadsheets were tedious. Most tracking apps were either bloated with features nobody opens twice, or so bare they gave you nothing to hold onto after a hard week. What was missing wasn't more data. It was a reason to keep opening the app.
So Maxxit was built around six pillars instead of one number on a scale: strength, stretch and flexibility, balance, LISS, HIIT, and consistency. Each one tracked simply, each one adding to a picture that gets clearer the longer you stick with it. Progress you can actually see is the only kind that keeps people coming back.
This is a small, independent project. No team of hundreds, no growth targets to hit before a board meeting. Just a build focused on one question worth asking every time you finish a session: did you do better than last time?
Curious what the plan looks like? Start with the six pillars.
